Studies

GENERAL
1) I reserve the right to deny or cease work on any commission in the event that the client or requested piece makes me uncomfortable, repeatedly crosses my boundaries, or puts me or another person in danger. If more than 50% of the commission is completed upon the incident, a refund will not be granted.
2) I will not, under any circumstances, create artwork of a political nature, graphic/NSFW subjects, or real people who I or the client do not know personally (with the exception of actors IF i am drawing the character they portray). This includes public figures and content creators.
3) For commissions of OCs/FCs, the client must include a reference image drawn by the client, by another artist for the client, or made in a doll maker such as picrew or similar tools. I will not accept images of real people (unless they fall under the exceptions listed above) for OC/FC reference.
4) Please disclose to me if you have a deadline, otherwise your commission will be produced on the same timeline as every other piece. I will let you know if your deadline is unachievable to me so we can figure something out.
5) You may not modify my artwork without permission, this includes, but is not limited to; recolouring, tracing, splicing, and removal of watermarks/signatures. Removal of watermarks/signatures will result in an immediate blacklisting. Do not do it. I will not dm you to talk it out first.
6) You may ask for updates as regularly as you please and I’ll do my best to provide them!
7) Please let me know at any point, before, during, or after the commission process, if you would like me to email you a HD copy of your completed commission, I’m happy to do so!
8) If the client files chargeback after completion of their commission or closing of the refund window, the client immediately loses all rights to use the work in any way, and will be permanently blacklisted with no warning or alert.PAYMENT1) Payment is made through PayPal. I primarily use USD for convenience, but if you are australian, feel free to contact me so I can set up a transaction in AUD.
2) For commissions above $30USD I can take 50% payment to begin with, and 50% upon full completion of the piece before it is sent. For commissions below $30USD, payment is upfront. This is non-negotiable.
3) Prices are non negotiable, I will not be making things for free unless I specifically state I am taking requests and not commissions.
4) I do not take Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, or NFTs. I am not interested.Process
PROCESS
1) The client is allowed to ask for updates on the progress on the piece at anytime. I’m happy to provide :)
2) Medium-large changes can be made free of charge before rendering is started, rendering does not start until 50% of the payment is given.
3) Large changes made after rendering will have an extra charge depending on their complexity and at my discretion. Smaller changes remain free.
4) The artwork will be sent privately on the main platform of communication, and then the client may also request it be emailed. The client may also request the file format be changed to whatever they wish (not including layer-preserving file formats such as .PSN)Usage
1) I retain all ownership to the artwork I produce.
2) I have the right to display the artwork I create anywhere for promotional reasons, including social media or portfolios, unless discussed otherwise.
3) The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use, including but not limited to making (but not distributing for profit) prints, use for profile avatars/banners, use in personal discord servers as emotes, server icons, ect.
4) If commissioned artwork is going to be used promotionally but not commercially by a content creator or for a content creation endeavour (including but not limited to twitch/public discord server emotes, end cards and stream alerts) please disclose this to me first so we can discuss it.
5) If commissioned artwork is going to be used commercially, please let me know so we can discuss price adjustments. Do not sell or distribute my artwork for profit without my permission and a prior agreement.
6) If used in public contexts (public twitter, twitch, instagram, tiktok, ect.) please credit me under any of my existing socials. If being used in private settings, credit is not necessary but is absolutely preferred.
7) Do not remove my watermark or signature, or attempt to pass my work off as your own. Do not repost my work with the intention of acting as if you made it.
8) YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE MY WORK IN NEURAL NETWORKS, AI LEARNING PROGRAMS, AS NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS, OR ANY IN METAVERSE RELATED ESCAPADES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVER.
